iArchi / Legal

Terms of service

The agreement for using iArchi, keeping control of your content and authorizing architecture tools.

Effective and last updated:

1. Your agreement with the operator

These terms govern your use of iArchi at app.iarchi.cloud and its architecture MCP service at mcp.iarchi.cloud (“Service”). The Service is supplied by yehkuanyew, an individual based in Mainland China (“we”, “us”). Contact us at yehkuanyew@gmail.com.

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you use it on behalf of an organization, you must have authority to do so. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is processed.

2. The service and its current availability

iArchi connects enterprise architecture models with agent workflows. The current web app supports ArchiMate modeling, views, layout, routing, import and export; signed-in accounts can use cloud models and authorize compatible MCP clients.

The Service is in early access. Current access is free, and paid checkout is not yet available. Pro and Team are planned offerings described on the pricing page. Proposed plans, resource limits and features are not purchased entitlements until made available and presented in a completed purchase. There is no automatic conversion from free access into a paid subscription.

Features can depend on the host client and supported integrations. Early access does not include a service-level agreement, enterprise SSO, a dedicated deployment or a contractual data-residency guarantee. We may apply reasonable security, concurrency, resource and abuse limits to protect the service.

3. Account security and authorized clients

Sign-in currently uses Google. You are responsible for protecting your Google account, devices and credentials, maintaining accurate account details, and granting access only to clients and people you trust. Notify us promptly about suspected unauthorized use.

When you authorize an MCP client, you permit it to use the architecture tools available to your account. Those tools may read, create, change and delete models or their contents. Review the authorization screen and instructions you give the client. You can disconnect a client through the host or revoke its authorization with assistance from support.

Signing out of the web app affects that browser session; it does not necessarily disconnect clients or other devices. Never share access tokens or another user’s account to bypass permissions or service limits.

4. Your content and intellectual property

You retain the rights you have in the models, descriptions, imports and other content you submit. You give us a limited right to store, process, reproduce and transmit that content only as necessary to provide the Service, operate features you request, support you and meet legal obligations. This is not permission to sell your content or train an iArchi AI model on it.

You must have the rights and permissions needed for the content you submit, including personal or confidential information belonging to another person or organization. Your content is not automatically published. Sending it to an authorized client or exporting it is your choice and can place a copy outside iArchi’s control.

The iArchi software, service design and brand remain ours or our licensors’. Your access is permission to use the Service under these terms, not a transfer of those rights. Third-party and open-source components remain subject to their applicable licenses.

5. Responsible use and AI-assisted work

Do not use the Service unlawfully, infringe rights, upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other accounts, evade security or resource restrictions, or use the Service to distribute harmful or prohibited content.

Architecture tools and a connected AI assistant can make mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing generated analysis, model changes and exported material before relying on them or using them in a production system. The Service does not provide professional legal, medical, financial or regulated safety advice.

A third-party AI client, model provider, Google or another integration is governed by its own terms. Its subscriptions, inference fees and data-processing settings are separate from iArchi; an iArchi subscription does not include unlimited AI usage.

6. Purchases and subscription renewals

This section applies when paid plans become available. Before purchase, the offer and checkout will state the currency, price, billing interval, included features and limits, and applicable taxes or tax treatment. Planned prices do not authorize a charge.

For purchases processed by Paddle, Paddle is the merchant of record and authorized reseller, handles payment and applicable transaction taxes, and supplies the receipt. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle’s Buyer Terms and Refund Policy. These iArchi terms govern your use of the product; Paddle’s terms govern the purchase relationship with Paddle.

A purchased recurring subscription renews at the interval shown at checkout until cancelled. You can cancel through the link in your Paddle receipt or Paddle’s buyer support. Unless an applicable right or approved refund requires otherwise, cancellation prevents the next renewal and access continues to the end of the paid period. We will communicate material changes to a paid plan or renewal price before they apply and obtain consent where required by law.

For first-purchase refunds, renewal refunds and cancellation details, see our Refunds and Cancellation Policy. Non-waivable consumer rights always apply. Deleting an account or revoking Google access is not a subscription cancellation request.

7. Ending access, export and deletion

You may stop using the Service at any time. Export content you need to keep before requesting account deletion. If you have a paid subscription, also cancel it through Paddle to prevent renewal.

We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to address a security threat, unlawful activity, serious abuse, a material breach of these terms or a payment problem. Where feasible, we will explain the reason and offer a way to resolve it; urgent security or legal obligations may require immediate action.

If we discontinue the Service, we will give reasonable notice and an opportunity to export content where feasible. Prepaid access that cannot be supplied will be addressed under applicable law and the payment provider’s terms. Data retention and deletion are explained in the Privacy Policy.

8. Availability and responsibility

We take reasonable care in providing the Service, but early-access features can have interruptions, errors or changes. Keep copies of important exports. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, suitability for every business purpose or the correctness of third-party AI outputs.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses or losses caused by your misuse, an unauthorized third-party integration or events outside our reasonable control. This does not exclude responsibility for our own conduct where the law requires it.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any right or remedy that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. Mandatory consumer guarantees and statutory refund rights take priority.

9. Applicable law, disputes and changes

Subject to mandatory protections that apply where you live, this agreement with the iArchi operator is governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. This choice does not remove non-waivable consumer or privacy rights, or a right to bring a claim in a court provided by mandatory law. A Paddle purchase is governed by Paddle’s separate terms, including its dispute provisions.

Please contact yehkuanyew@gmail.com first so we can try to resolve a service complaint. You retain any legally available complaint, court or regulator process.

We will update the date on this page and provide appropriate notice of material changes. Changes do not apply retroactively to a dispute or reduce an existing statutory right. Where a change requires affirmative acceptance by law, we will request it. If you disagree, you can stop using the Service, cancel a subscription and request export or deletion.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. An English version is provided for our international audience; mandatory requirements about language or interpretation in your jurisdiction take priority.
